[JJMNews] Great News About The Living Room!!

Hey, everybody!!  Goodness, but it's been a long time since my last newsletter!!  Technical troubles and acting as a surrogate mom to my friend Kellie's 2 lovely children while she's been on tons of business trips have made for a busy winter indeed!!  Thankfully, most of my technical woes seem to be behind me, although I'm praying for the funds to purchase a new desktop computer soon! :) <Smile>  And it looks like this cold winter is giving way to a beautiful spring... FINALLY!!  We're starting to warm up here in the Nashville area, which means long afternoon or evening walks around my neighborhood, enjoying the sunshine and the awesome smells of spring!!

Back in January, God temporarily closed the doors to The Living Room... With all the computer troubles, I wouldn't have been able to broadcast anyway.  I knew that the right home for The Living Room would be provided at the right time... And like so many other times, God has been faithful!!  Several months ago, I became acquainted with Simon Cook, the program director for an excellent Christian Internet station in the UK called The Power Station.  Simon and his team provide quality Christian music for your listening pleasure, along with teaching from some of today's most renowned ministries.  Simon has asked me to bring The Living Room to his wonderful station, and I am honored to be a part of this much-needed ministry that reaches the UK and other countries in Europe.  Actually the great thing about the Internet is that no matter where you're located, you can broadcast to the world!!  I believe that God has bigger plans for ministries like The Power Station than we could ever dream of!!

So, when do we start?  If you happen to live in the UK, you can catch me on Thursday nights from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m.  In the U.S., that's 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. EST.  And we start this Thursday, March 19!!  I AM PUMPED!! :) <Smile>  I'll be visiting with several folks in The Living Room in the weeks to come, including the Katinas, DeWayne Woods, and my soul-sista-friend, Ginny Owens... Put me on your calendar, Gin!! <LOL>

In the not-too-distant future, I'll be telling you about ways that you can support Jana Jackson Ministries and The Power Station at the same time... But meanwhile, let's help our brothers and sisters in the UK to be able to continue this powerful and anointed ministry!!

On a separate but somewhat related note, I need your input.  Since I am gearing up for this new venture (there's a HUGE possibility that The Living Room will air on at least 1 other Internet station soon!), I want to make sure that you are kept posted about what's going on, who will be visiting The Living Room, etc.  When I first began JJMNews, email was about the best way to communicate with a large group of people... It is still my personal preferred method of on-line communication.  However, we do have more options now, and I know that some of you don't like a lot of email in your inbox.  So, here's my question:  If I were to communicate with you once a week, would you prefer a personal email like I've always done, or would you prefer an email that directs you to a blog that is updated regularly?  Your time is valuable, and I would welcome your suggestions!

Well, I would love to write more... I've been working on a promo for The Living Room, and I'm afraid that I'm all written and talked out for the night! <LOL>  But don't forget to visit The Power Station
