Happy Easter, everybody!!  I pray that you are enjoying this special season!!  It seems that I've felt the presence of our risen Lord in a special way during the past few days.  Oh, He's always there, but don't you love those times when you feel Him especially near?!

I'm SO happy to say that barring any major computer difficulties or unforeseen outages, The Living Room will be open again this week, same time, same station... Thursday, April 9, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. CST, or 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. if you live in the UK... On The Power Station:

Even if you just have a few minutes to tune in, I hope you'll join me.  It will be an exciting Easter celebration, featuring some of the best Christian music I could find!  I'll also be playing a song written by my friend, Tony Brower, who went to be with the Lord last week... A great song that he wrote which is just perfect for this season, called Be With Me.  

As one might expect, given the fact that it's a fairly new show, the current listening audience is pretty small... I hope that some of you will help me to change that!  Not only would it be a blessing to me, but it would be a blessing to The Power Station as well.  And if you believe in the merit of ministries such as The Power Station, why not consider helping these fine and gracious folks out during this tough economic time?!  I love Christian radio, because it can be such a nonthreatening way to reach people for Christ.  And I love Internet Christian radio, because it has the potential to reach listeners from all over the world!!  Next week I'll begin making a press release for The Living Room available, which you can pass along to friends, colleagues, churches, and any other individuals or organizations that you think would like to get behind this little show that has so much potential!!  I'm working really hard to invite guests into The Living Room... In a few weeks, I'll be talking with DeWayne Woods, a young man whose ministry has touched my life in a special way in the past couple of years.  DeWayne has an amazing testimony of being completely healed of AIDS!!  Of course, I'll let you know the exact date, so that you can encourage people to meet DeWayne and hear his story, especially those who are dealing with impossible situations.

Before I run, I just want to ask you again to keep me and Jana Jackson Ministries in your prayers.  Honestly, I need a financial miracle!  Tough economic times have resulted in fewer ministry engagements, and donations to JJM are almost nonexistent.  I've made every effort to cut back on expenses, but those bills just keep coming, for some reason! :) <Smile>  Additionally, over the past several months, I have encountered more than my share of computer difficulties, which has caused interruptions in a lot of areas, including ministry correspondence, order fulfillment, and broadcasting The Living Room every week.  I know the vision that God has put on my heart for this ministry, and I have a passion to see that vision become a reality.  In order to do that, I need reliable technology and a lot of assistance from people who believe in JJM>  I've mentioned my desire to help visually impaired children and adults to acquire the same technology that I use every day to achieve independence, and I've also mentioned my desire to have my own full-time Internet-based Christian radio station... But of course, none of that is free!! :) <Smile>  So as you are praying for this ministry, I would also appreciate it SO MUCH if you would prayerfully consider making a donation to Jana Jackson Ministries.
